Kerala MBBS Counselling 2026

Kerala MBBS counselling 2026 happens in multiple rounds. This applies to both All India Quota (AIQ) counselling and Kerala State Quota counselling.

Why are there multiple rounds?

Seats go vacant after each round for three main reasons:

  • Students withdraw because they did not get their preferred college
  • Students cannot arrange the MBBS admission fees in time
  • Students fail to submit valid category or reservation documents

Once the reporting or fee payment deadline passes, those empty seats move to the next round.

Who manages Kerala state counselling?

The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Thiruvananthapuram publishes the Kerala NEET state merit list under each reservation category.

How to predict your college?

Check the previous year MBBS cut-off marks for each college. You can also use an MBBS college predictor tool based on your NEET rank, reservation category, and applicable quota.

This gives you a clear picture of your admission chances before counselling begins.
