MES Medical College at Malappuram is a private Muslim Minority medical institution in Malappuram, Kerala. It was established in 2004 by the Muslim Education Society (MES) for medical education and healthcare services in the Malabar region of Kerala.

The institute is affiliated with the Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS) Thrissur and is recognized by the National Medical Commission.
