Dr. Somervell Memorial CSI Medical College and Hospital, (Dr.SMCSIH & MC) is a premier private medical institution in the locality of Karakonam in the district of Thiruvananthapuram in Kerala. It was established in 2002 by the South Kerala Medical Mission, a charitable society. It is managed by the South Kerala Diocese (SKD) of the Church of South India (CSI).

It is a Christian Minority medical institution and also known as Karakonam Medical College . It is affiliated with the Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS) and is recognized by the National Medical Commission. It offers MBBS, postgraduate and miulti-speiciality medical programs. It admits 150 MBBS students every year.There are 50% of the total seats reserved for Protestant Minority community and is linked to the South India United Church (SIUC) Protestant sect.

The campus is 52 acres and has a teaching hospital, modern lecture halls, residential accommodation for students and support services.
