Government Medical College Idukki (GMCI) is a government medical institution situated in Cheruthoni in the hilly areas of Idukki district of Kerala.

The college was formed to provide quality medical education, practical clinical training, and community healthcare services to the remote and hilly areas of the Western Ghats.

The institution was established in 2014 and operates under the Kerala Government Health and Family Welfare Department. It is affiliated with the Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS) and approved by the National Medical Commission (NMC), making the degrees valid for medical registration and practice throughout India. It offers 100 MBBS seats annually with postgraduate medical programs.
