Government Medical College (GMC) Kannur is a prestigious Government-run medical institution in Kannur, Kerala. It is also known as Pariyaram Medical College.

It was established in 1993 and was one of the first hospitals in the co-operative sector before the Government of Kerala took it over in 2019.

The institute is affiliated with the Kerala University of Health Sciences, Thrissur and is recognized by the National Medical Commission. It offers MBBS, postgraduate and super-speciality medical programs. The annual intake is 100 students for the MBBS program each year.
