Pushpagiri Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre, (PIMSRC) Thiruvalla is a private Minority Medical institution in Kerala. It was established in 2002 under the aegis of Malankara Catholic Archdiocese of Thiruvalla. It provides medical education and healthcare facilities in the region.

The institute is affiliated with the Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS) and is recognized by the National Medical Commission and Pharmacy Council of India. It offers 100 MBBS seats annually. It also offers postgraduate, super-speciality, allied health and diploma medical programs.

3. Must be at least 17 years old as on 31 December 2026
4. Applicants can be Indian Nationals, NRIs, OCIs and PIOs.
5. Kerala Domicile holders are preferred for state quota seats.
