Maharashtra Medical Colleges Counselling
Seat allocation is being done in multiple phases both in All India counseling and State counseling of Maharashtra. The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra under the guidance of DMER, Mumbai is responsible for conducting State counseling for allocation of 85% of MBBS Seats in Govt and 100% Private Medical College under State Quota. Eligibility for Maharashtra NEET-UG 2026 Counselling
- Your age must be no less than 17 years.
- You must have qualified the NEET exam.

Special Quota Seats
In Maharashtra's Medical Colleges , Few MBBS seats are reserved under various quotas , These Quota applicable to all vertical reservation category
1. Defence Quota:
5% of the total intake (capped at a maximum of 5 seats per college) is reserved for candidates under Defence categories DEF1, DEF2, and DEF3.
2. Hill Area Quota:

3. Maharashtra-Karnataka Border (MKB) Quota:
