About University
Founded in 2002, the Klaipeda University of Applied Sciences is considered the third-largest University in Lithuania. The University is counted as a 100-year-old university in terms of experience.
The main focus of KSUAS University is to give quality teaching by providing modern classrooms, and laboratories along with practical acquaintance. In addition, Klaipeda University offers internship placement in highly reputed organizations such as car manufacturing, dental care, nursing, computer applications, etc.
At present, the Klaipeda State University of Applied Sciences accommodates three faculties: The faculty of Social Sciences, the Faculty of Health Sciences, and the Faculty of Technologies. The University consists of 4000 students, however, the teaching faculty and lecture assistances are approx. 267 in the university.

While studying in Lithuania, an International student can work as long as they are enrolled in a university. The students can earn up to 4-5 Euros per hour which is about 300-400 Euros per month, however, it depends on the job profile you select. This amount is good enough to meet your living expense during your studies in Lithuania.
Post Study Work (PSW) VISA
After studying at Klaipeda State University of Applied Sciences in Lithuania, as an International student, you are eligible to apply for a temporary residence permit. After graduating, students are allowed to stay in Lithuania or any of the Schengen countries for 12-15 months, which enables them to look for jobs or get self-employed. Furthermore, the students must obtain the Temporary Residence Permit (TRP) as soon as they arrive in Lithuania.
