Founded in 1984 by Dr. Mumtaz Ahmed Khan under the Al-Ameen Charitable Fund Trust, Al-Ameen Medical College is a respected Muslim minority medical institution located in the western hills of Vijayapura (formerly Bijapur), Karnataka.
