The T.R.R. Institute of Medical Sciences (TRRIMS), Patancheru has been created in 2020 by T.R.R. Educational Society, and is considered one of the premier private medical institutes in India, established to improve the quality of education and deliver world class medical teaching and affordable healthcare.

TRRIMS is a 100-acre campus located in Inole Village, Patancheru Mandal (Sangareddy District) and has an intake capacity (150 MBBS) and is affiliated with Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, Warangal and accredited by National Medical Commission (NMC).

Admission Process 2026, TRR Institute of Medical Sciences

TRR Institute of Medical Sciences (TRRIMS) admissions will be merit-based through a centralized state counselling process.

1. Entrance Exams: You must qualify for the NEET-UG 2026 entrance exam.
2. Counselling Authority: KNRUHS will conduct all counselling in Telangana.
3. Seat Distribution:
   • 50% of seats are available under Category A for local candidates of Telangana.
   • 35% of seats are available under Category B open to all Indian candidates (Management).
   • 15% of seats are available under Category C reserved for NRIs or OCIs.

• Each residential block has its own mess hall, which accommodates all of its respective students. The mess hall serves hygienic and nutritious meals to the students.
