Srinivas Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre, Mangalore, is a private medical institution in Mukka, Surathkal, on the outskirts of the city of Mangalore, in Karnataka. It offers undergraduate MBBS and postgraduate (MD/MS) medical programs.
It was founded in the year 2011 by Sri. CA.A.Raghavendra Rao, and is a part of the Srinivas Group of Institutions, under the A.Shama Rao Foundation, to provide quality medical education and healthcare services in the region.

Admission Process 2026, Srinivas Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre
The admission process for the MBBS course is based on merit and is as follows:
- Candidates must appear and qualify in NEET-UG 2026 with a valid score.
- Candidates must register for KEA counselling.
