About College
SR Patil Medical College, Hospital and Research Centre, Bagalkot is also known as (SRPMCH&RC) . It is a newly formed private medical institution in Badagandi, Taluk Terdal, Dist. Bagalkot, in Karnataka. It offers undergraduate MBBS medical programs.
It was founded in the year 2024 by Sri.S.R.Patil founder Chairman of SR Patil Education Foundation, to provide quality medical education and healthcare services in the region.
The institute is spread over 20.03 acres with academic blocks, departmental labs, departmental museum, residential accommodation for the students, and a dedicated (630-bed) teaching hospital. It provides holistic, co-curricular and extra curricular activities.
It is affiliated with the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Bangalore and is approved by the National Medical Commission (NMC).
It offers an MBBS program with 100 seats per year.

Admission Process 2026, SR Patil Medical College Hospital and Research Centre
The admission process for the MBBS course is based on merit and is as follows:
- Candidates must appear and qualify in NEET-UG 2026 with a valid score.
- Candidates must register for KEA counselling.
- Candidates must fill choices and select SR Patil Medical College, Hospital and Research Centre, Bagalkot, in preference.

- Must compulsorily qualify NEET-UG 2026 with required percentile (50th for general and 40th for SC/ST/OBC reserved categories).
- Non-Karnataka (outstation) candidates can apply through complying with KEA counselling process.
