Located on Sira Road in Tumkur, about 70 km from Bangalore, Shridevi Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Hospital, Tumkur (SIMSRH) is a well-established private medical college. It was founded in 2013 by the Shri Shridevi Charitable Trust to provide quality medical education and healthcare services to the economically weaker population of the region.

The institute is affiliated with the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Bengaluru and is approved and recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC).

For the 2026 academic year, the MBBS fee structure at SIMSRH is as follows:

Admission Process 2026, SIMSRH

Admission is strictly based on merit - NEET-UG 2026 conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).

  • Qualify the NEET-UG 2026 with valid score.
  • Register through the website of Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) for the counselling.
  • Complete the document verification process.
  • Participate in the process of choice filling(select SIMSRH Tumkur in preferences) and take part in the mock allotment.
  • Final seat allotment is as per NEET rank, category and quota (Government/Management/NRI).
  • Pay the fees online after the seat is allotted.
