Santhiram Medical College, which is located in Nandyal, Kurnool District, Andhra Pradesh, is a private medical institution on the National Highway 40 (NH-40) that was officially opened in March 2005. The college consists of a large green campus with over 50-150 acres of land in a peaceful setting away from any pollution allowing the students and faculty members of the college to enjoy their studies in an ambient, neutral environment.

The college is officially affiliated with the Dr. YSR Health University and also has the approval of the National Medical Commission (NMC). The college has 250 MBBS student placements with an associated teaching hospital having more than 930 treatment beds.
