Government Medical College Ongole is a Government medical institution in Ongole, in the Prakasam district of Andhra Pradesh. It was formerly known as RIMS Ongole. It was established in 2011 and is one of the best medical colleges in the state. The foundation was laid by Late Dr. Y.S.Rajasekhar Reddy on 01-07-2007.
The institution offers MBBS (120 seats annually) and postgraduate MD/MS medical programs. It aims to become widely known for its excellence in medical education, scientific research and patient caring approach. It has consistent best results in all university exams.

Admission Process 2026, RIMS Ongole
Admission is entirely based on merit - passing the NEET-UG 2026 exam.
Seat allocation is as under:
