Admission Process 2026, RIMS Adilabad

The Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences in Adilabad conducts the 2026 MBBS admissions through NEET UG scores. In order to apply for that program, the student must first take the NEET UG exam in 2026 and then register for KNRUHS counseling, at which time the student can select RIMS Adilabad among their preferences.

Once the qualifying percentile (50% for general: 40% for reserved classes) has been attained and all paperwork has been submitted, the student will receive an allotment letter from RIMS Adilabad.

The student must then report to RIMS Adilabad within 7 days of being notified that they received an allotment letter. Necessary documentation will be required to complete their application.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Minimum age requirement to apply will be 17 years by the last day of December 2026.

  3. Students should have completed the equivalent 10+2 high school curriculum including Physics, Chemistry, and Biology and a minimum of 50% in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (40% if the student belongs to one of the reserved categories).
  4. An Indian citizen, NRI, or OCI is eligible for admission.

Approximately 85% of the available seats will be reserved under the Telangana state quota.
