Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Medical Sciences (ABVIMS) and Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, is a government medical college in central New Delhi. It is attached to Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, a major tertiary-care hospital with around 1,200 beds. It was formerly known as PGIMER New Delhi.
The institute began in 2008 as a postgraduate centre and introduced its MBBS program in 2019. It is affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University(GGSIPU) and recognized by the National Medical Commission, ensuring nationwide validity of its degree.
