Parbhani Medical College and RP Hospital and Research Institute (also known as PMC Parbhani)  is a private medical institution in Parbhani, Maharashtra. It focuses on community healthcare, awareness campaigns and provides clinical education with practical experience. 

It was recently set-up in 2023 to provide medical facilities and education to the residents of the Marathwada region of Maharashtra. It is managed by the Shri Dhaneshwari Manav Vikas Mandal (which was established in 1995).   

PMC Parbhani offers 100 MBBS medical seats per year. It is attached with RP Hospital which is a multi-speciality training hospital and tertiary care centre. The college boasts of modern facilities and infrastructure with smart classrooms, labs, residential accommodation for students and expert faculty. 

PMC Parbhani is affiliated with the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik (MUHS) and is also recognised by the National Medical Commission (NMC). The degrees awarded by the college are valid and recognised throughout India.

Admission Process 2026, PMC Parbhani

Admission to the MBBS medical program is strictly based on the NEET-UG 2026 scores.

  1. Candidates must qualify NEET-UG 2026 with the required percentile.
  2. Candidates must register online for Maharashtra State Counselling ( CET Cell)
  3. Candidates must upload all the required documents and participate in choice filling.
  4. Candidates must select GMC Parbhani as their preference. (85% seats are for State Quota and (15% seats are  for All India Quota).
  5. Candidates are allotted seats based on their NEET-UG 2026 rank, score and category.
  6. Candidates must download the allotment letter and report to the college with all the original documents plus multiple photocopy sets for verification of documents, medical examination, and fee payment.

Any vacant seats may be allotted by mop-up or stray vacancy rounds. 

Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for admission to MBBS is as under:

  • Candidates must be at least 17 years of age by 31 December 2026
  • Candidates must qualify NEET-UG 2026 and score 50th percentile (General) and 40th percentile (SC/ST/OBC) as per NEET/medical admission norms
  • Candidates must have passed Class 12 (10+2) in  Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with  50% aggregate marks in PCB (for General category) and 40% aggregate marks  (for reserved categories) from a recognised educational institution.

The applicants can be Indian nationals, NRI (Non-Resident Indian) or OCI (Overseas Citizen of India) as per the quota /admission rules.
