PES Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (PESIMSR) located in Kuppam, Andhra Pradesh, was established in 2001 & inaugurated by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam.

The Fee Structure for the 2026 academic session will be charged according to the Andhra Pradesh State Government regulations

• Category A (State Quota): Rs.15,000 - Rs.16,500 Approx. (per year)

Admission Process 2026, PESIMSR Kuppam

The admission process for 150 MBBS seats is via state-wise counselling.

• Examination: You must have passed the NEET-UG (National Entrance Test-UG) for 2026 to be eligible.
• counselling will be conducted by Dr. YSR University of Health Sciences, Andhra Pradesh.
• You need to fill in your online counselling form and include PESIMSR Kuppam as one of your choices during the selection process.
• Seats will be allocated according to students' All India Rank (AIR), their category, and their local domicile status.
• 15% of the total number of seats for each category-C quota are reserved for NRI or NRI Sponsored Candidates.
• Once students have been allocated their seats, they will have to go to the college for verification of documents and payment of fees in order to complete their admission process.

Eligibility Criteria

• Age Criteria: You must have reached 17 years of age on or before December 31, 2026.
• Academic Qualification: You must have completed year 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core subjects.
• Minimum Marks Required: For a student who falls into either the General or EWS category, the minimum percentage of total aggregate marks obtained in PCB must be 50% and for SC/ST/OBC the aggregate minimum requirement is only 40%.
• You must successfully qualify and pass the NEET UG exam with the required percentile respective to your category.
