National Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, (NIMSR) Jaipur, is a private medical institution in Jaipur the “Pink City” of Rajasthan. It is among the top medical institutions and is a constituent of the NIMS University Jaipur.

Admission Process 2026, NIMS Jaipur
MBBS admission is based entirely on merit - NEET-UG 2026 exam.
After qualifying the exam:
- Register for Rajasthan NEET-UG 2026 counselling through Office of the Chairman, NEET UG Medical and Dental Admission/Counselling Board based at SMS Medical College Jaipur.
- In choice filling, fill in the college preferences by selecting NIMSR, Jaipur, as preferred college.
- Participate in counselling rounds (Round 1, Round 2, mop-up, stray vacancy) for seat allotment.
- The seats are allotted based on rank, category and choices.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for MBBS admission, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Must have passed Class 12 (10+2) or its equivalent from a recognised board with subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology (PCB) and English with minimum aggregate marks
- 50% (general)
- 40% (SC/ST/OBC-NCL)

- Must qualify NEET-UG 2026 with qualifying score
- 50th percentile - General/EWS
