The National Capital Region Institute of Medical Sciences (NCRIMS) was established in 2018 and is located on Baghpat Road Bypass, around 8 km from Meerut city in Uttar Pradesh.

Admission Process 2026, NCRIMS Meerut
MBBS Admission at NCRIMS is strictly based on NEET-UG 2026.
Steps to follow-
- Qualify NEET-UG 2026 with the required percentile/score.
- Register for Uttar Pradesh NEET-UG 2026 counselling carried out by the Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET), Lucknow.
- Participate in online choice filling, and select NCRIMS in preferences.
- There are multiple counselling rounds - Round 1, Round 2, Mop-up Round and Stray Vacancy Round and seat allotment is based on rank, merit, category and availability.
- Once the seat is allotted, download the allotment letter and report to the college or nodal center.
- Complete the document verification, medical examination, pay the fees, to confirm the admission, within the given time limit.
If the candidate cannot complete the process in the given time limit, the seat allotted to them may get cancelled.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for MBBS admission must have the following requirements:
- Passed Class 12 (10+2) or its equivalent examination, from a recognised education board, with subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB) and English and secured at least 50% aggregate marks in PCB (general category) (40% for reserved categories).
- Must have qualified NEET-UG 2026 with the required percentile i.e. General/EWS - 50th percentile, SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile and PwD - 45th percentile. Based on previous trends, qualifying marks are usually around 137-720 for the general category.
- Must be a minimum of 17 years of age as on 31 December 2026. There is no upper age limit specified at present.
Indian citizens are given preference, but NRI and OCI candidates may also apply under the NRI quota if they can give all valid documents of sponsorship and eligibility.
Students with a gap in their academic years can also apply if they provide valid reason for the gap and gap affidavit.
