About College
The Naraina Medical College And Research Centre was created to provide greater education and better health care in Uttar Pradesh.
Located in Kanpur (Panki 208020), via a good road or railway connection along the Kanpur Sagar Road, the campus is easily accessible. The New Chaubepur Airport is about 25km away from the Kanpur Sagar Road campus as well, which increases how reachable the facility is to residents in other areas of Uttar Pradesh.
A separate Board of Governors (BOG) governs the institution, headed by Sri Kailash Narain Trivedi (Chairman) and part of the Naraina Group, who has made many contributions to the advancement of higher education in the State of Uttar Pradesh.

Uttar Pradesh Naraina Medical College's fee structure for the MBBS program Course Duration: 5.5 years (including the internship) in 2026 will be as follows:

Admission Process 2026, NMCRC Kanpur

- Be at least 17 years of age by December 31, 2026.
- Achieve qualifying NEET UG 2026 scores, as follows:
- General and OBC Candidates: 50%
- SC/ST/OBC Candidates (reserved categories): 40%.
- Candidates must have completed Secondary School Leaving Certificate and should include the following subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English) and should have achieved:
- General and OBC Candidates: 50% aggregate marks in PCB.
- Reserved Candidates: 40% aggregate marks in PCB.
- Candidates must be either Indian nationals, NRIs or OCIs
- As the majority of seats will be allotted through 85% state quota; therefore, Uttar Pradesh domicile may be required.
