About College
MVJ Medical College and Research Hospital is a Private medical college in Dandupalya, Hoskote Taluk in rural Bangalore, Karnataka. It is one of the oldest colleges in Karnataka. It was founded in 2001 by Dr. M.V.Jayaraman, an educator, philanthropist and musician who is also the founder of the Venkatesha Education Society. The vision of the institute is to provide quality healthcare services to the rural population.
The institute offers 250 MBBS seats per year and also offers postgraduate (MD/MS) and Nursing (B.Sc.,GNM, M.Sc.) medical programs. It is affiliated with the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bengaluru. It is recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC).
The campus is spread over 27 acres and has an attached teaching multispeciality hospital (833 beds) and tertiary care centre that gives vast practical experience to the students, modern infrastructure, well equipped laboratories,academic blocks, residential accommodation for the students and support services.

Approx. Annual MBBS Tuition Fees
- Rs.1.41 lakhs to Rs.1.55 lakhs per year for general quota
- Rs.11.88 lakhs to Rs.13 lakhs per year for Private/management quota
- Rs.40 lakhs + per year for NRI quota
The total MBBS course fee is approx. Rs.72.91 lakhs

- Approx. Hostel and mess charges: Rs.1.95 lakhs for triple sharing room, Rs.2.10 lakhs for double occupancy rooms and Rs.2.50 lakhs for single AC Deluxe room per year (including mess).

Admission Process 2026, MVJMC
