Mamata Medical College is a private medical college formed 1998 to provide medical education and meet the healthcare needs of the population of the Khammam district of Telangana. It is managed by the Mamata Educational Society.

It is affiliated with the Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, Warangal, Telangana and is approved by the National Medical Commission.

The campus is spread over 40 acres and has an attached medical multispeciality hospital and tertiary care centre, medical education unit, residential accommodation for students and staff, high teaching standards, award winning students and a modern infrastructure.

The college offers MBBS, postgraduate MD/MS and superspeciality medical programs. It admits 150 students every year for its MBBS medical program.

Fee Structure 2026, Mamata Medical College

The fees structure varies as per quota - Category A is Convener Quota, Category B is Management Quota and Category C is NRI Quota.

1. Approximate Annual MBBS Tuition Fees for:
   • Category A: Rs.2.7 lakhs per year
   • Category B: higher than category A as per guidelines
   • Category C: highest about 3 to 4 times of category A
2. Hostel charges: Rs.75,000 per year for non-AC and Rs.80,000 per year for AC room
3. Bond amount of Rs.20,00,000 required for all categories.
4. Additional costs including mess charges, lab fee, library fee, security deposit etc. have to be paid, as required.
5. The fees are subject to revision from time to time and must be confirmed during the counselling process.

Admission Process 2026, Mamata Medical College

MBBS Admission is based entirely on merit - NEET-UG 2026 performance.

Steps are:

1. Appear and qualify the NEET-UG 2026 entrance test with the required percentile/score.
2. Register for counselling with KNRUHS.
