Mahatma Gandhi Missions Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad is a renowned private medical college as well as a tertiary care hospital in District Aurangabad, Maharashtra. It is an inherent part of MGM Institute of Health Sciences Deemed to be University, Kamothe, Navi Mumbai.
The college was founded in January 1990 by Shri Kamalkishorji Kadam, Trustee of MGM Charitable Trust. The vision behind establishing the college was to make it one of the best colleges, hospitals, and research centres in Maharashtra and the country.
The Mahatma Gandhi Mission Trust was set up in 1982 at Nanded in the state of Maharashtra. The Trust was formed keeping in mind the ideology of Mahatma Gandhi “ Literacy education is of no value unless it is not able to build up strong character”and in continuation to his efforts to promote education.
