Kalyan Singh Government Medical College (KSGMC), located in Bulandshahr, is also referred to as the 'Autonomous State Medical College, Bulandshahr'. It is one of several medical colleges being funded by the Government of India at the direction of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to support his initiative to create a medical college in every district within Uttar Pradesh.

KSGMC was named after the former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh; Kalyan Singh. The college has a maximum capacity to accept 100 students each year into its MBBS program.
