About College
IQ City Medical College Burdwan is a well-known private, non-profit, medical institution situated in the city of Durgapur in the Paschim Bardhaman (West Bardhaman) district of West Bengal. It is also known as IQ City Medical College and its full name is IQ City Medical College and Hospital.
It was formed in 2013 by the Mani Group (under Sanjay Jhunjhunwala) and is affiliated with the West Bengal University of Health Sciences and approved by the National Medical Commission.
The college has gained recognition for delivering quality medical education together with strong clinical exposure. Its first MBBS batch graduated in 2018. Notably, it is among the first private medical colleges in Eastern India to offer 250 MBBS seats annually.

Admission Process 2026, IQ-City Medical College
