Government Medical College in Sangareddy (Sangareddy Medical College), is a government medical college that was started as part of the Telangana Government's initiative for one medical institution in each district. The college is affiliated to Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS), Warangal and recognised by the National Medical Commission (NMC).

The college has a yearly maximum of 150 MBBS seats for its students. The college campus is situated across the street from the Town Police Station in Netaji Nagar and is modern in nature providing academics as well as practical clinical training at its 500 bed Government District Hospital, providing its students with the requisite training to match the needs of the community they serve.

Since the college is a government college receiving most of its funding from state government funds it has a much lower fee schedule than a normal private medical college. The college currently has a very inexpensive fee structure for all of its students.
