About College
The Government Medical College & Hospital, Parbhani is one of the newer government medical colleges located in the city of Parbhani, which is in the state of Maharashtra. The college was set up in the 2022 - 2023 session to provide better education in medicine and health services in the area.
Presently the institute is situated on the ITI Campus on Jintur Road, Parbhani, and expansion to a bigger campus area on Gangakhed Road and Brahmpuri-Lohgaon, in future, is in the initial planning stages.
The District Hospital Parbhani serves as the teaching hospital and provides clinical exposure and practical training to the students.
The college offers MBBS medical courses. The college is governed by the State Government and is affiliated with the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS), Nashik, and recognised by the National Medical Commission (NMC). The degrees awarded by the institute are valid and recognised all through the country.
