About College

Autonomous State Medical College Firozabad (Government Medical College, Firozabad) is an autonomous state government institute established in 2019 in the Firozabad district of western Uttar Pradesh. The college was established with the aim of improving access to medical education and health care facilities in western Uttar Pradesh, and is located within the district on the Jalesar Road in Daulatpur, in close proximity to the Firozabad Glass Market, a well-known marketplace in India.

The college has an affiliation with Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University (ABVMU), and is recognised by the National Medical Commission (NMC) for the purpose of providing an MBBS degree.

The college was previously academically aligned with King George's Medical University, Lucknow, but became affiliated with Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University following state restructuring. Admission Process 2026, GMC Firozabad
