Located in Kankanady, Mangalore, Father Muller's Medical College (FMMC) is amongst one of Karnataka's most highly regarded private medical colleges. As a member of the long-standing institution of Father Muller Charitable Institutions that was originally established in 1880, it's an institution that prides itself on strong academic standards and a patient-centred focus on healthcare. FMMC was founded in 1991, as part of the Father Muller Charitable Institutions, which were originally founded in 1880 by Father Muller himself. The campus itself is located at Father Muller Road, Kankanady, Mangalore, Karnataka.

The college is affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and is recognised by the National Medical Commission. In 2001, FMMC was one of the first colleges within RGUHS to receive NAAC's "A" grade, and the affiliated teaching hospital is accredited by NABH.

Mangalore's Father Mullers Medical College has a fee structure that may vary slightly pending KEA Fee Committee approval for 2026. Tuition Rates per Year will be as follows:

  1. Government Quota (KEA) will be approximately 13 to 15 Lakhs
  2. Management Quota will be approximately 20 to 22 Lakhs
  3. Christian Minority/NRI Quota will be over 25 Lakhs.
  4. Total MBBS Fees over 5.5 years for Government quota seats cost approximately 70 - 75 Lakhs.
  5. Additional Charges include:

Admission Process 2026, FMMC Mangalore

  1. Qualifying NEET UG 2026 Exam Conducted By National Testing Authority.
  2. Register for counselling through K.E.A or M.C.C for A.I.Q/N.R.I Seats.
  3. Fill the choice of Father Muller’s Medical College in round one, second round mop-up or stray vacancy.
  4. Once a seat is allotted, pay fees, download admission allotment letter & report to college for verifications & medical check/ fitness certificate.
  5. Candidates who are Management/ Minority can apply directly after release of the NEET results.
  6. If candidates fail to report by the given deadline their seat will be automatically cancelled.
