About College

The Ayaan Institute of Medical Sciences Teaching Hospital & Research Centre in Kanaka Mamidi is a private medical college established in 2018 by the Ayaan Educational Society. It is located in Moinabad, Telangana, and is recognized by the National Medical Commission and affiliated with Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences.

The college offers an undergraduate MBBS training program to 150 students. As a Muslim minority university that hosts both males and females, AIMS offers seats for students from Telangana and throughout India. AIMS has a 750-bed multi-specialty teaching hospital to provide clinical experience to its students, and it is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and treats well over 450 outpatients per day.

The college is built on a 25-acre campus with functional facilities, experienced faculty members, an emphasis on practical experience, and service to the community about their health care.

An individual's tuition fee will differ depending on their admission category as follows:

TUITION FEE - CATEGORIES OF STUDENTS

  • CATEGORY A (Convener) - 60% of the students with 90 seats, Tuition Fee would be Rs.60,000 per year.

Admission Process 2026

The Ayaan Institute of Medical Sciences Teaching Hospital & Research Centre in Kanaka Mamidi will admit students for the academic year 2026 if they pass the NEET UG exam. To get a seat, students must do the following:

  1. Create an account on the Medical Counselling Committee or state of Telangana website.
  2. Select AIMS as their choice during the choice-filling process.
  3. Participate in any of the rounds of the counselling process: round 1, round 2, mop-up, stray vacancies.
  4. Once they are offered a seat, students must complete the following actions within the deadline to confirm and secure their seat:
    • Download the allotment letter.
    • Pay the tuition and fees online or by demand draft.

If there are any vacant seats after the counselling process, the management will admit students under the management quota directly, after following guidelines issued by the NMC.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to apply for a seat in the MBBS program, a candidate must:

  • Be at least 17 years old by 31 December 2026.
  • Pass the NEET exam with at least a 50% (General) or 40% (SC/ST/OBC).
  • Have taken and passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology with at least 50% (General) or 40% (SC/ST/OBC) in each subject.
  • Be an Indian citizen, a Non-Resident Indian, an Overseas Citizen of India, or a Person of Indian Origin.

A minority quota preference will be given to Muslims from Telangana, but will also be open to all other applicants as well.
