Autonomous State Medical College Hardoi (ASMC Hardoi) is a government medical college situated on Sitapur Road in the Hardoi district of Uttar Pradesh. The institution was set up in 2021 with the initiative to improve healthcare services and medical education in the developing regions of the state.

The campus is spread over 17 acres and has a 330+ bed teaching hospital for practical training, modern facilities, advanced laboratories and experienced faculty for educating the students and helping them grow into healthcare professionals and serve the community.

The college is affiliated with the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University, Lucknow and is recognized by the National Medical Commission. It currently offers 100 MBBS seats for undergraduate medical education.
