The admission process for MBBS course is based entirely on merit - NEET-UG 2026 score.

Admission Steps:

1. Qualify NEET-UG 2026 conducted by the NTA.
2. Register for Andhra Pradesh State Counselling via Dr.YSRUHS for state quota and via MCC for All India Quota, with your NEET-UG roll number, rank, personal details and upload all the documents.
3. After the merit list is released, participate in choice filling and locking - select ASRAM (college code ASRM) Eluru, as preferred college.
4. Seats are allotted by various rounds (Round 1, Round 2, Mop-up and Stray Vacancy) and on the basis of rank, category, preference and availability.
5. Once the seat is allotted, report in-person to the college with all the original documents for verification, medical fitness test, payment of fees and complete the process.

Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for MBBS 2026 is as follows:

• Age requirement : at least 17 years as on 31 December 2026
• Educational requirement : Completed Class 12 (10+2) or its equivalent from a recognized education board with subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology (PCB) and English.

Minimum aggregate marks in PCB must be atleast 50% for general category, 45% for PwD and 40% for SC/ST/OBC categories.

• NEET-UG requirement : Qualify NEET-UG 2026 exam with minimum required percentile - 50th (general/EWS), 45th (general-PwD) and 40th (SC/ST/OBC).
• Nationality : Indian citizens, NRI, OCI and PIO candidates are eligible.
• Andhra Pradesh Domicile holders are preferred for state quota seats.
