AIIMS Mangalagiri, established in 2018 under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojana, is a premier medical institute located in Mangalagiri in the Guntur district of Andhra Pradesh. It is close to Vijayawada. It is recognized as an Institute of National Importance and is approved by the National Medical Commission. It is well known for providing quality education and healthcare services in the region. It comes under the Central Government.

The institute offers 125 MBBS seats per year as well as postgraduate medical programs. The campus is spread across 183 acres and has a large 960-bed teaching hospital, modern classrooms, advanced laboratories, residential accommodation for students and support services.

It has come a long way from an initial temporary setup to a well-developed permanent facility and is known for its focus on public health and infectious disease research.
