XZMU has 4 campuses that collectively cover an area of over 800k sq.m. The campus is made agreeable by its rich cover of green and state-of-the-art infrastructure. The number of extra-curricular activities conducted every year is high. These include diverse events like Speech Contest on one hand and cooking contest on the other. The campus is replete with facilities that allow the students to practice and compete in Sports activities. The campuses, especially the international ones, provide for celebration of different festivals. There is frequent conduction of excursions to interesting places, picnics, etc.

There are as many as 18 dormitories located within the campus of Xuzhou Medical University. Of these 18 Dormitories, two are exclusively for international students. One dormitory is 6-floors-tall and has the capacity of accommodating 200-250 students. The rooms of the dormitory are fully furnished with the basic requirements like beds, study tables, mattresses, pillows, etc. Each room is to be occupied by 2 students. Besides the room, there is kitchen and wash area for the convenience of students. Moving on to further facilities, there are canteens located inside the University campus. One of them is a Chinese canteen where you get all the Chinese food, fast foods, etc. among other things and another is a Muslim canteen where halal food is made available. The University library is a massive building with multiple floors. The 4th floor is utilized by international students where all sorts of English books for various subjects and from various authors can be found. To borrow a book easily, you can do it via a machine which allows you to borrow a book with the help of your University card. To keep you fit, Xuzhou University has come up with many sports facilities including basketball court, football field, running tracks, tennis courts, etc. For indoor sports, there are table tennis, badminton, etc. There is a gymnasium as well. Other utilities available within the campus premises include a grocery store, cyber café, fruits and vegetable shops, salon, etc. Turns out, you’ll be hardly getting out of the campus except for exploring the beautiful city of Xuzhou.
