About Campus life
The University of Pécs offers a dynamic and vibrant campus life, providing various opportunities for student engagement. The campus features a range of sports and leisure activities, including organized sports programs like aerobics, table tennis, handball, basketball, football, volleyball, archery, and fencing. Students can also participate in the Dancing University, taking classes and earning credits. The University of Pécs Medical School facilitates student housing through a database of apartments in Pécs. Eligible students may also opt to stay in one of the three dormitories: Szántó Dormitory, located on campus and known for its quiet environment; Damjanich Dormitory; and Balassa Dormitory. The university's housing amenities include internet access, study rooms, lounges, gyms, bike storage, parking slots, a cafeteria, and a student club. The cost for a room with a private bathroom is affordable, with furnished rooms, supplied bed linen, and regular room servicing.
