About Campus life
The campus life at North East Medical College revolves around attending lectures at the well-equipped classrooms, enjoying one’s favorite sports at the sport center of the College or working towards an important cause or having snacks/meals at the college canteen. To sum it up, there are many things to engage one in! Students attend lectures at auditoria classrooms. Moreover, the University encourages the students to participate in awareness programs that are organized periodically; World Kidney Day, World Dentist Day, World Cancer Day, etc. are some of the events of the recent past.
The students of North East Medical College are also known to work towards several causes like organizing blood donation camp and informing people about the importance of donating blood.
Hostel and facilities
The North East Medical College offers accommodation facilities in the form of hostel rooms. The hostels are separate for male and female students. The hostel rooms are availed on a sharing basis. Inside the room, there are essentials like beds, study tables, chairs, storage space, etc. provided by the hostel administration. Even with so many articles already present, the room doesn’t really go short on space and thus, you can fit more articles if you want to. The hostel administration also maintains security of the premises so you need not worry about your belongings while you are away from your room.
