Speaking of the campus life, let’s begin with the recreational facilities. The recreational facilities are accessible to the students and staff of the University alike. The sport complex time and again organizes sport events and otherwise acts as the coordinating body for all the sport facilities in the campus. Some of the sport facilities include gymnasium, swimming pool, sauna rooms, squash courts, aerobic room, golf course, basketball court, etc. Let us now head to the cafeteria: at Manipal University College, eating is more than just nourishing one’s body and being healthy. The college canteen offers an array of dishes that doubtlessly encourage people to enjoy what they eat and feel good. There are also student welfare bodies for the students’ convenience. Many cultural events are organized in order to not let the festive spirit within the students fade away. 

There are 2 blocks of hostel at Manipal University College, one for female students and another for male students. The female hostel has around 400 rooms and male hostel has roughly 260 rooms. The rooms are provided on a solo basis only i.e. each room to be occupied by only one student. The facilities provided in the room are bed, mattress, study equipments like table and chair, AC, book shelf, shoe rack, heating facility and so on. Other facilities for common usage of the students living in the hostel include washing machine, water dispenser, microwave, etc. There is also a grocery store located on the ground floor of the female hostel.
