About University
Jagiellonian University Medical College (JU MC) is the medical faculty of the oldest university in Poland — established in 1364 by King Casimir III the Great — and one of the oldest universities in Central Europe. The School of Medicine in English (SME) has been welcoming international students from across the globe since the 1990s, offering a fully English-language MD program that is recognized by the WHO, EU regulatory bodies, UK GMC, and medical licensing authorities worldwide.
