About Campus life
The campus life of the students of Dhaka National Medical College begins with its library which was built way back in 1994. The library has a rich collection of medical books and journals of the best authors and is considered one of the best libraries in the entire Bangladesh. Moving ahead, there is a cafeteria space for students to relax after study session or to charge themselves up with light and healthy snacks. For recreation, the students can head to the indoor games facilities. The students also show a keen interest in cultural and social activities held periodically and participate actively. An efficient learning process of the students being the primary concern, the college has multidisciplinary hospital complex with 650 beds so the students can learning about the clinical aspect of medicine.

Hostel and facilities
The hostel facilities at Dhaka National Medical College consist of separate accommodation for male and female students. The male hostels can accommodate more than 350 students at once while the female hostel has a capacity to accommodate more than 250 students. The dining facility is located inside the hostel for the convenience of the students. The facility of television is also provided in both sorts of hostel. The hostel is guarded in two ways i.e. one by the hostel warden and another through 24X7 surveillance by CCTVs cams. The rooms are well furnished and equipped with bedding and storage facilities and study tables and chairs for convenience in studying. The hostel premise is facilitated with central heating as well as central cooling in order to cope with different seasons.
