The TSI Latvia University has three hostels. The University provides accommodation services for local and international students. Every hostel is built with the latest facilities and upgraded infrastructure. The hostel is about 15 minutes' walking distance away from the campus. The hostel rent would be around 70-80 EUR per month. And if you are looking for a private room it will cost 200-300 euros per month.

Hostel & Accommodation

University of Galway provides accommodation to international students, the university has two student residences; Corrib Village and Goldcrest Village. The University in Galway hostel provides a home away from home for over 1,500 students during the academic year. Likewise, the students have the option to stay in private accommodation on a shared basis. The average cost of private accommodation would be around 600-700 Euro monthly. Moreover, it depends on which city you select to stay in.

Scholarship

Moving abroad for higher education nowadays is a trending move. Being an international student, in a foreign land is a task when it comes to managing monthly expenses. As an international student, while studying in Latvia you are eligible to work part-time. As per the rule of Latvia, international students can work 20 hours a week as a part-time job during semesters and 40 hours per week during breaks semester.

Moreover, international students can easily work part-time on a student visa without requiring any work permit. The students can earn a minimum amount of 300-400 Euros monthly. This not only allows the student to earn a good amount for a living but also to manage their additional monthly expenses.

After studying at TSI University in Latvia as an International student, you are eligible to apply for a temporary residence permit. After graduating, students are allowed to stay in Latvia or any of the Schengen countries for 12-15 months, which enables them to look for jobs or get self-employed. Furthermore, the students must obtain the Temporary Residence Permit (TRP) as soon as they arrive in Latvia.
