Founded on 26 June 1933, Tilak Ayurved Mahavidyalaya in Pune is the first and oldest Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya in the city with a rich heritage of nearly 90 years. This Maharashtra state government-aided institution is affiliated with the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik, and recognised under AYUSH/NCISM for its undergraduate (BAMS) and postgraduate programmes.
