Tamralipto Government Medical College and Hospital (TGMCH) is a government medical college that was founded in 2022 and is located in Tamluk, Purba Medinipur, West Bengal. The college is affiliated to the West Bengal University of Health Sciences (WBUHS) and has been given approval by the National Medical Commission (NMC).

TGMCH has a total of 100 available seats for MBBS programs. TGMCH is attached with a 500 bed hospital. Admission Process 2026, TGMCH Purba Medinipur

Admissions to TGMCH are based on NEET UG:

  1. Take the NEET UG (usually in May).
  2. Register for Counselling.
    • - 15% All India Quota via Medical Counselling Committee (MCC).
    • - 85% State Quota via State Counselling Authority of West Bengal.
  3. Choose and lock-in college choices (must include TGMCH).

  4. Open to Indian Nationals, NRIs, OCIs and PIOs.
  5. Candidates applying for state quota via West Bengal will also need to be domiciled in West Bengal state.
