About College

Sri Siddhartha Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Centre (SSIMS&RC) is a reputed private medical college on the outskirts of the city of Bengaluru in Karnataka. It was set-up in 2019 by Sri Siddhartha Academy of Higher Education (SSAHE), Tumakuru, (Deemed to be University) u/s 3 of UGC Act 1956/. It is recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC).

The college is renowned for its modern infrastructure, organized medical training and vast clinical exposure through its attached multi-specialty training hospital.

The campus of SSIMS&RC is located in T. Begur, Nelamangala Taluk that is along the Bangalore-Pune Highway (NH-206) and is about 38 km from Bengaluru city. Its peaceful environment helps the students to focus on academic learning, at the same time, being well-connected to the city of Bengaluru.

The college offers 150 MBBS seats per year, as approved by the NMC.

The training hospital has a capacity of 500 beds,giving the students practical experience in various specialties including outpatient (OPD), inpatient (IPD), ICU and emergency care. Approx. MBBS Tuition Fees:

  • Rs.18 lakh to Rs.20 lakh (for First Year) 
  • Rs.16 lakh to Rs.18 lakh per year (for subsequent years) 
  • Hostel Fees: Rs.1.5 lakh to Rs.2.5 lakh per year (inclusive of mess, utilities,laundry)

Admission Process, 2026, SSIMS&RC Bangalore

  • Qualify NEET UG 2026 conducted by NTA. 
  • Register for deemed university counselling through the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) portal. 
  • Fill and lock college preferences, including SSIMS&RC.
