As per its latest announcement, the Medical Council of India has made it clear that those students who wish to do MBBS from Abroad in MCI approved colleges and choose those courses that have a Pre-Med Program, need not to qualify NEET, provided they join prior to May 31, 2018.
As a well-known proponent of MBBS abroad and an activist against the malpractices rampant in the field of Foreign Education, MOKSH has taken this initiative in order to encourage as many students as possible to embark upon a career building journey before May 31, 2019.
The Pre Medical course is a preparatory course that the MCI finds beneficial for the students. Once you are done with this Pre-Med program, your MBBS Course begins.

Moksh Full Scholarship For Pre Med:
This 100% Pre-Med Scholarship can be availed by taking admission in any of the following Universities:
- Rostov State Medical University, Russia
- Ternopil State Medical University, Ukraine
- Asian Medical Institute, Kyrgyzstan

The Pre-Medical Program runs from May to August. So, the MOKSH FULL SCHOLARSHIP for Pre-Medical Program will-
- Cover your entire Pre-Med Fee that amounts to 1,55,000 INR
- Cover your Hostel Accommodation worth 25,000 INR
- Cover your Food cost @ 5,000 INR that adds up to 20,000 INR till August.
So, not only will you be exempt from appearing in NEET, you will get to do the Pre-Medical Program absolutely free of cost.
Moksh Partial Scholarship For Pre Med:
This program will suit those who are disposed to pay the University Fee in 4 Monthly Installments. But these need to be in the Months from May to August.
The MOKSH PARTIAL SCHOLARSHIP for Pre-Medical will cover your entire Pre-Med Program Fee i.e. 1,55,000 INR.
However, you would need to take care of your Accommodation and Food costs.
So, again, you pay nothing towards the Tuition Fee for the Pre-Med Program.
If, in case, a student chooses to go in the Month of September to directly begin the MBBS Course, he would have to pay the Pre-Med Program Fee.
The only difference would be that he would not be in a position to get the benefits of MOKSH Full/Partial Scholarship Program.
Notice: To benefit from the above Scholarship/Scheme, the Students must make the entire due payment of MOKSH Overseas Education as per the Registration Form/Partner Platform.
