Situated in West Bengal, Jalpaiguri Government Medical College (JGMC) was established in 2022 as a government-run medical college and hospital. The college provides students with an opportunity to obtain an MBBS degree from West Bengal University of Health Sciences (WBUHS) and has a large hospital on which students gain hands-on experience related to the delivery of health care through clinical exposure.
JGMC is accredited with West Bengal University of Health Sciences and meets the requirements of the National Medical Commission (NMC). As a consequence, students will be awarded an NMC-approved and recognized MBBS degree that will be valid throughout India.
