This private medical college of Nepal is relatively new. The College came into existence in 2014. At this point, 75 odd students enroll in MBBS every year. That number includes international students as well.

The Birat Medical College mandates living in hostels at least during 1st year of MBBS. The BMC generally provides room on a twin sharing basis.
