AIMSR is a well-established private university located at Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. Established by the Apollo Hospitals Educational and Research Foundation in 2012, AIMSR has been recognized by the National Medical Commission and affiliated with Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences.

The college occupies a large (10-acre) site with capacity for 100 MBBS students and has extended the benefit of the significant Apollo healthcare resources. Fee Structure 2026, AIMSR Hyderabad

The fees for MBBS students are determined by the admission category:

  • Government Quota (A Category) - Rs, 60,000 annual
  • Management Quota (B Category) - Rs.13,00,000 annual
  • NRI Quota (C Category) - Rs. 26,00,000 annual

Additional Costs:

  1. Hostel: Rs. 1,00,000 - Rs. 1,50,000
  2. Caution Deposit (one-time cost): Approx. Rs. 25,000
  3. Library Fees: Approx. Rs. 10,000 per annum

Admission Process 2026, AIMSR Hyderabad

In order to gain admission into the Apollo Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Hyderabad (AIMSR - Hyderabad), the qualifying Examination (NEET UG) organized by the National Testing Agency must be cleared.

Process of Admission are as follows: -

  1. You must first qualify the NEET UG 2026
  2. Next, you will have to register for counselling through your respective state authority or MCC
  3. You are required to fill in your choices for AIMSR along with your preferred quota after qualifying the NEET exam
  4. Seats will be allotted as per your NEET UG rank, your category, and availability of seats
  5. After seats are allotted, download the allotment letter, pay the requisite fee
  6. Next, you must report to the institute with all the required documents
Note: Counselling will be conducted in multiple rounds i.e. mop-up and stray vacancy rounds.

  • You must have attained the age of 17 years by 31 December 2026
  • You must have cleared the NEET UG Exam
  • You should have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English in your Class 12
  • You will need to have obtained a minimum of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology i.e. PCB in Class 12 (50% for General Category: 40% for Reserved Category)
  • Candidates must be an Indian citizen, NRI, OCI, or PIO
  • Domicile candidates from Telangana will receive preference against the state quota
