Dnipropetrovsk Medical University provides preparatory department for the foreign citizens. The academy trains specialists in all the faculties of English, Russian and Ukrainian languages.

Currently, more than 4500 students are enrolled within the premises of the Dnipropetrovsk State Medical Institute, out of which around 700 students are foreigners. This is a good number, however, National Medical University of Lviv has more than 1000.

Dnipropetrovsk National Medical University has trained more than 1000 foreign specialists, till date. DSMA covers an area of 85 hectares.

Furthermore, Dnipropetrovsk National Medical University has 8 academic buildings which cover 608 classrooms and laboratories.

It has 19 professors and 58 associate professors who work at the Faculty of Postgraduate education in DSMA. Faculty Conducts postgraduate training in three areas:
